Zeus Industrial Products, a global leader in polymer extrusion products, has appointed Melvilyn Edwards as Director of HR. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Adam Watson led the search for this South Carolina-based role.
As the Director of HR for Zeus’ Polymer Solutions business unit, Melvilyn will develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and create innovative policies that serve a range of HR needs. Reporting to Chief People Officer–and previous Hanold placement–Mary Morton Bell, Melvilyn will serve as the No. 2 HR leader within Zeus and oversee six site HR leaders at individual locations with an overall team size of ~20. Before joining Zeus, Melvilyn served as Director, HR Business Partners at Duke Energy.
Products made by Zeus include solutions in biomaterials, optical fibers, extruded tubing, insulated wire and more.
