Zeus Industrial Products, a global leader in polymer extrusion products, has appointed Mary Morton Bell as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Adam Watson, Kile Hanold and Ivy Arlia led the search for this South Carolina based role.
As the Chief People Officer, Mary will partner closely with the executive leadership team to shape the overall business strategy while leading HR. In this position, Mary will evolve Zeus’ existing HR function and oversee a global HR team of 30 members, building a high-performance function that supports the business and its people. Mary previously served as a Global HR Leader for Mergers and Acquisitions at Trane Technologies, designing HR programs to improve employee and leader assimilation into the company.
Products made by Zeus include solutions in biomaterials, optical fibers, extruded tubing, insulated wire and more.
