Ingredion Inc. has appointed Ashley Andrew as Vice President, Integrated Talent Experience (ITEx). Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Eleanor Tetreault led the Westchester, Illinois based search.
As VP of ITEx, Ashley will be responsible for talent management, learning and development, and leadership development enterprise-wide and report to Senior VP and Chief HR Officer, Nancy Wolfe. Ashley will be accountable for the design, development, and execution of the ITEx strategy, vision, tools and methodology globally. Prior to joining Ingredion, Ashley served as VP, Global Talent & Inclusion at Celanese.
