Walgreens Boots Alliance Appoints VP of Talent Acquisition from Search by Hanold Associates

Walgreens Boots Alliance has appointed Chris Hong as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Butkus, Ashley Schiele and Meg Magurany led the search for this Chicago-based role.

As VP of Talent Acquisition, Chris will oversee all recruiting operations around the world and lead 7 direct reports with a broader team of 30, reporting to Executive Vice President and Global CHRO, Holly May. In this role, Chris will focus on creating targeted recruiting strategies for highly specialized talent that will be required within a broader healthcare company, as well as refine and implement a more cohesive and unified strategy for TA that can be adapted and utilized in all areas. Before joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, Chris previously served as VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Aptiv.
