CARS has appointed Tanya Stewart as Head of Talent Acquisition. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Ashley Schiele led the search for this role.
As Head of Talent Acquisition, Tanya will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition at CARS, elevating the function to best meet business objectives and enable future growth. In this role, Tanya will lead a comprehensive recruiting team and report to Chief People Officer D.V. Williams. Before joining CARS, Tanya led talent acquisition for software engineering, infrastructure, and security at Avanade.
