MassMutual has appointed Jackson Davis as Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña, Val Lopez and Meg Magurany led the search for this role based in Massachusetts.
As Head of DEI, Jackson will support MassMutual’s efforts to advance racial equity and justice and promote financial wellbeing for the benefit of company employees, customers and communities served. Jackson will build on and evolve MassMutual’s DEI strategy and framework, to ensure relevancy, sustainability, and that MassMutual continues to be an employer of choice. Jackson previously served as Global Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Meta/Facebook and has also previously held leadership positions at Royal Caribbean and ESPN.
