Fullscript Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Fullscript has appointed Dennis Richter as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold, Heather Khoury and Sonia Nagra led the search.

As the company’s first Chief People Officer, Dennis will shape the people and talent density strategies as the organization evolves. Reporting to Fullscript’s cofounder and CEO, Kyle Braatz, Dennis will build upon the existing foundation in HR as they create a more structured People strategy that can support and evolve alongside the company’s rocket ship-like growth. Prior to joining Fullscript, Dennis served as Chief People Officer at Ad Hoc LLC.

Driven by a simple mission, Help People Get Better, Fullscript is disrupting the healthcare technology space as it looks to make whole person medicine, simply medicine. Serving over 5 million patients and more than 90,000 providers, Fullscript is the leading technology platform for practitioners to prescribe and manage personalized treatment plans for professional-grade supplements and wellness products. In 2021, Fullscript received $240 million in funding from HGGC, a middle-market PE firm based in Palo Alto with over $6.9B in cumulative capital commitments, and Snapdragon Capital, a Connecticut-based PE firm focused on high-growth consumer companies. Headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Fullscript has more than 800 employees across North America.
