creative werks has appointed Gretchen LeMay as Head of People. Hanold Associates’ Jordan Blackmon and Meg Magurany led the search for this role based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
As Head of People, Gretchen will expand creative werks’ policies to create and shape a more unified, strategic HR function that serves as a true partner to the business. Gretchen will focus on managing the company’s vendor relationship with its contract labor provider and creating new compensation and benefits strategies. In this role, Gretchen will report to creative werks CEO Steve Schroeder and will closely partner with the executive team. Prior to joining creative werks, Gretchen served as Senior VP of HR at UPG.
