Central Garden & Pet has appointed Jill Henriques as Director of Talent Acquisition. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Butkus, Sonia Nagra and Ivy Arlia led the search for this role based in Walnut Creek, California.

As Director of Talent Acquisition, Jill will oversee the Talent Acquisition function for all levels of the organization while working closely with the HR team and hiring managers to drive consistent interview, selection and onboarding processes. Jill will focus on expanding Central Garden and Pet’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and implementing the right tools, structure and team to support continuous growth. Prior to joining Central Garden & Pet, Jill served as Talent Acquisition Lead, North America Corporate Functions at Twitter.
