One Rock Capital Partners has appointed Diana Barr as Operating Partner. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Ashley Schiele led the search for this role.
As Operating Partner, Diana will partner closely with Talent Operating Partner, Mike Anderson, to build out One Rock’s portfolio talent function and address a range of portfolio company talent needs. In this role, Diana will lead and be accountable for the firm’s Associate recruiting program and processes. Prior to joining One Rock, Diana served as Head of Global Executive Staffing at Boeing.
One Rock is a private equity firm specializing in growing companies in North America, focusing on control-stake equity investments. Founded in 2010, One Rock is headquartered in New York City, with an additional office in Los Angeles. The firm has over $5.0 billion of cumulative capital commitments, three flagship funds and currently has approximately 15 portfolio companies across industries which include chemicals and process industries, specialty manufacturing and healthcare products, food and beverage manufacturing and distribution, business and environmental services and auto retail.
