Golden State Foods Appoints Group VP, Global HR from Search by Hanold Associates


Golden State Foods has appointed Ken Mance as Group VP, Global HR. Hanold Associates’ Sonia Nagra and Sandra Peña led the search for this role based in Irvine, California.

As Group VP, Global HR, Ken will focus on promoting connectivity between corporate HR and the field operations teams across GSF, implementing and operationalizing strategies, policies and programs that support the company’s goals. Ken will serve as a member of the global operations leadership team and report directly to Chief Operating Officer Brian Dick, with a dotted line to Chief HR Officer Ed Rodriguez. Prior to joining GSF, Ken served as Sr. Director of HR at Dairy Farmers of America.
