Ford Foundation Appoints Global Director of Total Rewards & People Operations from Search by Hanold Associates

Ford Foundation has appointed Francesca Vollaro as Global Director of Total Rewards & People Operations. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Eleanor Tetreault led the search for this role based in New York City.

As Global Director of Total Rewards & People Operations, Francesca will oversee all areas of compensation, benefits and HRIS, creating a model that will elevate the level of these functions. Francesca will serve as a primary strategic leader, working with a team of five to ensure functions are operating smoothly and are well integrated in the operational side of the organization. In this role, Francesca will report to VP of People & Culture, Diane Samuels. Prior to joining Ford Foundation, Francesca served as Vice President/Director of Total Rewards and Talent Operations at Girl Scouts of the USA.
