Zeta Global, a data-driven marketing company, has appointed Candice Chafey as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Mayank Parikh led the search for this role.
As Chief People Officer, Candice will expand Zeta’s people function, creating a more strategic and forward-thinking strategy and focusing on the implementation of a new, more performance-based culture. Candice will report to President and COO Steven Gerber and will be the overall leader of the people team and function within Zeta. Prior to joining Zeta, Candice served as Global Vice President, Head of People & Culture at Sisense.
