Cityblock Health, a tech-driven care provider, has appointed Nick Malcom as Head of People Operations & Technology. Hanold Associates’ Val Lopez and Ivy Arlia led the search for this role.
As Head of People Operations & Technology, Nick will provide strategic leadership for the design, development and administration of Cityblock’s employee help desk, operational processes and policies, vendor and technology infrastructure management and HR analytics. Nick will lead an evolving People Operations & Technology team to enable the overall people strategy and provide a seamless experience to the company’s diverse community. Prior to joining Cityblock, Nick served as Vice President of HR Operations at Krause Group (Kum & Go).
