The New York Football Giants has appointed Celeste Bell as SVP, HR and Diversity, reporting to team owner, CEO and President John Mara. Hanold Associates’ Jason Hanold, Lisa (Butkus) Yae, Ivy Arlia and Meg McElroy led the East Rutherford, New Jersey-based role.
As Head of HR and Diversity, Celeste will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and lead the organization’s HR function. Celeste will develop a cohesive function that supports the team, the business and its people, with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to joining the New York Giants, Celeste served as EVP, Head of HR at the marketing agency, Deutsch NY and brings 10+ years of previous sports experience from the MLB and NBA.
