The Ladies Professional Golf Association Appoints Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Organizational Planning from Search by Hanold Associates

The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) appoints Jenell Rayford as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Organizational Planning. Hanold Associates’ Maisha Pearson, Sarah Kennedy-Sulahry and Ivy Arlia led the search based in Central Florida.

As Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Organizational Planning, Jenell will serve as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team across the organization. Jenell will play a key leadership role on the Talent & Culture team, planning, directing and implementing new employee initiatives. In this role, Jenell will report to the Chief Financial Officer, Kathy Milthorpe. Prior to joining LPGA, Jenell served as Manager, Diversity Recruiting Center of Excellence at Southwest Airlines.
