NewBasis has appointed Hector Murua as Director, Human Resources. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Sonia Nagra led the Riverside, California based search.
As Director, Human Resources, Hector will develop and operationalize an HR strategy that enhances the company’s employee experience while enabling business performance. In this role, Hector will report to SVP, Operations, David Shirley and lead the company’s growing HR function and team. Prior to joining NewBasis, Hector served as Human Resources Manager at HEXPOL Compounding.
NewBasis manufactures polymer concrete and fiber reinforced plastic pads and below ground enclosures for telecommunications, electrical, CATV, water, traffic, lighting and industrial applications. Based near Los Angeles in Riverside, California, NewBasis is committed to bringing the most advanced materials, practices and products to the infrastructure market. The company currently has nearly 200 employees. In December 2020, NewBasis was acquired by Texas Next, a San Antonio, Texas private equity firm.
