Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) has appointed Tyler Frazier as Vice President, HR Business Partner, Technology. Hanold Associates Sandra Peña, Ashley Schiele and Ivy Arlia led the search.
As VP HRBP, Technology, Tyler will partner with the new, incoming Chief Information Officer to upgrade technology for WBA’s U.S.-based businesses and create a seamless end-to-end customer experience across all of WBA’s entities. Leading a team, Tyler will drive transformation from a people perspective, solving for needs that will enable the organization to progress while simultaneously ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. In this role, Tyler will report to SVP, HR, Business Partnering, Kristin Papesh. Prior to joining WBA, Tyler served as Senior HRBP and Business Manager at Microsoft.
