Tanger has partnered with Hanold Associates for its Head of People, Culture & Diversity search. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Yae, Sarah Kennedy and Meg McElroy will lead the search.

This leader will serve as a member of the executive team, lead the company’s People & Culture function and report to Chief Operating Officer Leslie Swanson and partner with the Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Yalof.
