CopperPoint Insurance Companies has appointed Missy Cittar as Assistant Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Hanold Associates’ Val Lopez, Katrina Maione and Ashley Schiele led the Phoenix, Arizona-based search.
As AVP, DEI, Missy will shape, design and operationalize an overall DEI strategy for CopperPoint. Missy will build upon the existing strategy shaped by the DE&I council and focus on creating meaningful and sustainable change. In this role, Missy will report to Executive Vice President, Chief HR Officer & Enterprise Operations, Rachel Davis-Schultz, with a dotted line relationship to CEO Marc Schmittlein. Prior to joining CopperPoint, Missy served as Director, DEI POD (ERG) Programs at VMware.
