SALT Dental Collective Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

SALT Dental Collective has appointed Dau Tucker as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh, Jordan Blackmon, Katrina Maione and Eleanor Tetreault led the Scottsdale, Arizona-based search.

In approximately five years, SALT expects to have well over 100 locations by the end of 2023 and up to 500 locations. As Chief People Officer, Dau will lead the company’s people and talent acquisition team, building upon existing foundations to create a sophisticated, data-oriented people function to support the rapidly growing business. In this role, Dau will report to CEO Dylan Bates. Prior to joining SALT, Dau served as Chief People Officer at Beacon Oral Specialists.

SALT Dental Collective is a dental partnership organization for dental specialists, including pediatric dentists, orthodontists and oral surgeons. The company helps partners with IT systems, human resources, capital financing, accounting, payroll, branding and marketing, recruiting, risk management, scheduling, scalability and compliance. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, SALT currently supports more than 50 practices and 500 team members across the United States. It continues to grow, with existing locations in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona and California and multiple other states being added across the country in 2023.
