RxBenefits, a leading provider of pharmacy benefit administration solutions, has appointed Sandy Littleford as Vice President, People & Talent. Hanold Associates’ Jordan Blackmon and Lisa Butkus led the search for this role based in Birmingham, Alabama.

Sandy previously served as a Vice President and Senior HR Partner at Protective Life, creating strategies and programs that improved success in planning, learning and development. As Vice President, People & Talent, Sandy will evaluate all current HR Process and policies, creating a plan to improve and elevate its functions to a more strategic level. In this role, Sandy will promote the company’s existing culture while supporting growth orientation for the future.
