LifeStance Health, one of the nation’s largest providers of outpatient mental health care, has appointed Samantha Towlerton as Vice President, People Operations. Hanold Associates’ Adam Watson and Kile Hanold led the search for this role based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Currently backed by TPG Capital, LifeStance provides evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for patients suffering from a wide range of mental health conditions. Since 2017, the company has been working to reimagine mental health care to create a truly healthy society. Following its recent IPO, the company has grown rapidly, employing approximately 4,000 psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, psychologists and therapists across 31 states and over 450 centers.
Samantha previously served as a Senior Director, Global HR Operations at GoDaddy, leading the execution of global strategy to transform HR processes and technology. As the Vice President, People Operations at LifeStance, Samantha will report to the Chief People Officer and serve as a leader to a team of 10 while building processes and policies to support the organization as it continues to scale.
