PE-backed Springs Window Fashions appoints Tim Oswald as Senior Vice President of HR. Hanold AssociatesAshley Schiele, Katrina Prospero and Jason Hanold led the search for this Madison, Wisconsin-area role.

Tim Oswald comes to Springs from Regal Beloit Corporation where he was the Head of HR. Reporting directly to the CEO of Springs Window Fashions, Eric Jungbluth, Mr. Oswald will be a key strategic partner to the executive team and will transform and refine HR operations throughout the organization. He will oversee teams of HR professionals in both the US and Mexico and restructure the function to align more closely to the company’s business objectives.
