Raymond James appoints Marie Bettinger as Vice President, Analytics & HRIS based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Hanold AssociatesKile Hanold and Katrina Prospero led the search.

Marie Bettinger comes to Raymond James from Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she was Vice President, HRIS. Reporting to Raymond James’ Chief HR Officer, Ms. Bettinger will deliver data-driven insights which enable leaders to proactively plan their talent needs, evaluate the effectiveness of their workforce attraction, development and engagement initiatives, identify past and future trends, and make informed human capital decisions which will drive the ongoing success of the business. This role will lead the selection, implementation and ongoing support of the company’s HR systems, acting as a liaison to the HR community, system users, and technology department.
