Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Appoints Vice President, Talent from Search by Hanold Associates

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) has appointed Alison Cowan as Vice President, Talent. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Yae, Jordan Blackmon and Meg McElroy led the Miami, Florida based search.

As Vice President, Talent, Alison will support the expanded scope and elevate NCLH’s talent strategy. In this role, Alison will report to EVP and Chief Talent Officer Lynn White and lead the organization’s shoreside talent programs in the areas of talent acquisition, training/development, diversity, summer internships, talent pipelining and organizational development, leading a team of 12 with evaluation for growth as business needs dictate. Prior to joining NCLH, Alison served as Senior Director, Global Learning & Executive Coach at Brunswick Corporation.
