Carlisle Companies Inc., a diversified industrial manufacturer, has appointed Kellan Lowe as Director, Human Resources for its Construction Materials business unit. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Sonia Nagra led the Pennsylvania based search. This is Hanold Associates’ fourth successful assignment with the company.
As Director, Human Resources for Carlisle’s Construction Materials (CCM) business unit, Kellan will be responsible for directing and facilitating HR activities for CCM corporate functions and supporting the organization’s ongoing HR transformation. In this role, Kellan will report to Vice President of Human Resources Susan Wallace and partner to create strategic HR decisions to power and support growth. Prior to joining Carlisle, Kellan served as Director, Human Resources at Volvo Construction Equipment.

The company operates more than 70 facilities throughout North America, Europe and Asia and has more than 13,000 employs worldwide. Construction Materials is the largest unit among three business segments under Carlisle, focused on a range of building envelope products for commercial, residential and industrial buildings, including roofing, insulations and sealants.
