Newell Brands has appointed Malvika Jhangiani as VP Human Resources. Hanold Associates‘ Lisa Butkus and Kile Hanold led the search for this Atlanta based role.

Malvika previously held global roles with Monsanto and Cadbury before joining Advanced Agrilytics as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where she was brought in to build out the HR function and processes. In her new role, she will serve as the HR leader for Newell’s Global Writing business unit, a significant portion of the company’s overall revenue and home to recognizable brands like Elmer’s, Sharpie and Papermate. Malvika will report to Laurel Hurd, the Segment President for Global Writing & Baby, with a dotted line to CHRO Steve Parsons.
