FactSet, a global provider of financial data and software solutions for investment professionals, has appointed Yet He as SVP, Head of Corporate Development. Hanold Associates‘ Partners Sandra Pena and Keri Gavin led the search for this New York-based role.
FactSet provides financial information, analytical applications and services for investment and corporate clients. The company’s flexible, open data and software solutions allow investors to be more agile and accurate when making critical decisions. Founded on Wall Street more than 40 years ago, the company is now headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, with more than 10,000 employees globally across six continents. Publicly traded on the NYSE as FDS, FactSet grew its revenues to $1.5 billion in 2020, marking its 40th consecutive year of growth.
Prior to joining FactSet, Yet progressed through multiple finance leadership roles throughout his 18 year career and was previously a senior member of the corporate finance and M&A teams at Visa and Aptiv. Before going in-house, he was an investment banker at Greenhill & Co. In his new role at FactSet, Yet will report to FactSet’s CFO and lead Corporate Development with holistic responsibility for evaluation of strategic positioning, identification and pursuit of inorganic opportunities, and the execution and integration of transactions.
