Kohler Co. has appointed Anthony Iannone as Vice President – HR, Hospitality. Hanold Associates Sandra Peña, Katrina Maione and Eleanor Tetreault led the Kohler, Wisconsin based search. This is Hanold Associates’ tenth successful assignment with the company.
As Vice President – HR, Hospitality, Anthony will shape and align the people and culture strategy across all disciplines of the function. As a strategic leader, Anthony will serve as a member of both the HR Leadership Team as well as the Hospitality and Real Estate Executive Leadership Team. Anthony will report directly to Chief HR Officer, Ginger King. Prior to joining Kohler, Anthony served as Vice President, Human Resources at Nemacolin.
