Rite-Hite Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Rite-Hite has appointed Kate Silha as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña, Katrina Maione and Eleanor Tetreault led the Milwaukee, Wisconsin based role.

As Chief HR Officer, Kate will shape a more structured, strategic HR function while Rite-Hite continues to manage through change and evolve as an organization. Reporting to CEO Micaela Bomhack and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, Kate will lead a team of 26 across the HR function. Prior to joining Rite-Hite, Kate served as Chief HR Officer at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions.
