Alcon, the global leader in eye care, has appointed David Yarmuth as Senior Director, Global Benefits. Hanold Associates’ Sarah Kennedy-Sulahry and Val Lopez led the Ft. Worth, Texas-based search.
As Senior Director, Global Benefits, David will lead the global Benefits function, responsible for all benefits programs across 60 operating countries. In this role, David will report to Vice President, Global Head of Total Rewards Todd Bajek and lead a team of 8-10. Prior to joining Alcon, David served as Director of Benefits Strategy & Administration at Bridgestone Americas.
