Tanger Appoints SVP of People, Culture & Diversity from Search led by Hanold Associates

Tanger has appointed Christi Downes as Senior Vice President of People, Culture & Diversity. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Yae, Sarah Kennedy-Sulahry and Meg McElroy led the search.

As SVP of People, Culture & Diversity, Christi will support Tanger through their growth agenda as they continue to scale and support their existing portfolio of real estate assets. Christi will serve as a key member of the executive team leading the company’s People & Culture function and reporting to Chief Operating Officer, Leslie Swanson in partnership with CEO, Stephen Yalof. Prior to joining Tanger, Christi served as Executive Vice President of Global Talent Management & Development at PVH Corporation and brings a wealth of talent, diversity, and HR expertise.
