Integrity, a private equity backed insurtech company, has appointed Kipp Birtwistle as Head of Talent Acquisition (TA). Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh, Ashley Schiele and Ivy Arlia led the search for this Dallas-based role.
As Integrity’s first Head of TA, Kipp will build a high-performing, best-in-class TA function to support continued growth. In this role, Kipp will focus on launching the organization’s recruiting and branding strategy and establishing the executive recruiting process. Kipp will report to CHRO Rachelle McReynolds while building and leading Integrity’s TA team. Prior to joining Integrity, Kipp served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Caliber Holdings Corporation.
