Johnson and Johnson Consumer Health Appoints Head of Global Health and Wellbeing from Search by Hanold Associates

Johnson and Johnson Consumer Health has appointed William Mon as Head of Global Health and Wellbeing. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Ivy Arlia led the search for this role.

As Director of Global Health and Wellbeing, Bill will support Johnson and Johnson’s spinoff of its consumer health business by developing global health and wellness programs to attract, engage and retain employees. Bill will focus on managing global differences and complexities to establish these programs. Prior to joining Johnson and Johnson, Bill served as Senior Principal H&B Consultant at Mercer.
