Camping World Appoints Vice President of Talent from Search by Hanold Associates

Camping World, led by Chairman & CEO Marcus Lemonis, has appointed Angela Sternburgh as VP of Talent. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Sarah Kennedy led the search for this Chicago-based search.

As VP of Talent, Angela will be responsible for all aspects of strategy, design, implementation and administration of all programs within in Camping World’s talent function, including talent acquisition, learning and organizational development and employee engagement. Angela will focus on creating a more consistent framework that can enable the company’s employees and plans for growth. In this role, Angela will serve as a member of the HR leadership team and report directly to General Counsel Lindsey Christen. Prior to joining Camping World, Angela served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Learning & Organization Effectiveness at TreeHouse Foods.
