Hanold Associates recruited Kristin Trecker as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Visteon Corporation. Jason Hanold and Keri Gavin led the search for the role located at Visteon’s global headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.

Visteon designs, engineers and manufactures innovative cockpit electronics products and connected car solutions for the world’s major vehicle manufacturers. They’re a leading provider of instrument clusters, head-up displays, information displays, infotainment, audio systems and telematics and SmartCore™ cockpit domain controllers. They also supply embedded multimedia and smartphone connectivity software solutions to the global automotive industry.
Visteon spun off from the Ford Motor Company in 2000 and has expanded business to other vehicle manufacturers, now working with all the major automakers worldwide. Headquartered in Van Buren Township, Michigan, the company has more than 10,000 employees and presence in 19 countries. They had sales of $3.15 billion in 2017.
Ms. Trecker will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Sachin Lawande, and will be instrumental in leading Visteon’s transformation from a traditional automotive supplier to a leading technology supplier to the automotive industry utilizing software-based technology and cloud-based tools.
