Hanold Associates Recruits Chief HR Officer for Seyfarth Shaw

Hanold Associates recruited Jen Fowler for the Chicago office of international law firm Seyfarth Shaw.  Jason Hanold led the search.

As CHRO, Ms. Fowler will assess, build and lead the Seyfarth Shaw’s Human Resources and Talent Development team across all firm offices. She will provide strategic guidance to the firm’s leadership on all aspects of the HR function, assessing and harmonizing the human capital policies and procedures that are in-place across all offices including: compensation bands, leveling, benefits, talent attraction/development, engagement and facilitating a performance-based culture.
