Guardian Pharmacy appoints Sharlee Roe as Director of Benefits. Hanold Associates’ Hans Henson, Adam Watson and Ivy Arlia led the Atlanta, Georgia based search.
As Director of Benefits, Sharlee will play an integral role in advancing the organization’s total rewards strategy and function. In this role, Sharlee will report to Vice President of Finance Will Mudd and work closely with members of the company’s HR Operations team. Prior to joining Guardian Pharmacy, Sharlee served as Senior Manager, Benefits & Health Management at The Home Depot.
