Wonderschool is a growing tech company, building the largest network of high-quality, affordable child care programs to help solve the national shortage of quality child care. Current CEO Chris Bennett founded the company in 2016, after seeing many parents anxious about finding child care, as well as the financial challenges faced by educators who needed care for their own children during working hours. The company offers a diversity of programs that combine engaged, licensed parents and teachers and thoughtful education with the warmth of a family program. Since its founding, the company has raised more than $49 million from prominent investors including Goldman Sachs, First Round and Andreessen Horowitz. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, Wonderschool now supports providers in 47 states and has more than 100 employees.
