Enova International Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Enova International – a leading financial technology company with the mission of helping hardworking people get access to fast, trustworthy credit – has appointed Claudine Kourkoumelis as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Katrina Maione led the search for this Chicago-based role. This is Hanold Associates’ third successful assignment with Enova.

As Chief People Officer, Claudine will continue to expand and shape the organizational culture, drive engagement and develop talent. Reporting to CEO David Fisher, Claudine will also serve as a member of Enova’s Executive leadership team and be accountable for all HR activities and provide consultative HR support and counsel. Prior to joining Enova, Claudine served as a Chief People Officer for Groupon.
