Autograph, an NFT platform co-founded by Tom Brady, has appointed Erica Perkins as Head of People. Hanold Associates’ Jason Hanold, Mayank Parikh and Eleanor Tetreault led the search for this Santa Monica-based role.
As Head of People, Erica will create the foundation of Autograph’s new future-focused people strategy, supporting the immense growth of the company. Erica will be responsible for shaping Autograph’s culture and employee experience, ensuring it brings the best possible talent to the company and empowers them to do their best work. In this role, Erica will serve as a member of Autograph’s leadership team and report to COO, CBO and member of the Founding Team, Ted Russell. Prior to joining Autograph, Erica served as the Vice President of People at Fastly.
