Art Institute of Chicago Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

The Art Institute of Chicago has appointed Denise Banks as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Sarah Kennedy led the search for this role.

As Chief HR Officer, Denise will lead human resources strategy, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, and training and development. In this role, Denise will lead a team of ~20 and report to Alexandra Holt, the EVP for Finance and Administration. Prior to joining AIC, Denise served as Vice President of HR at the Milwaukee Center for Independence.
