Conagra Brands has appointed Tim Kane as VP of Total Rewards. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Katrina Maione led the search for this Chicago-based role.
As VP of Total Rewards, Tim will identify ways to drive continuous improvement of the company’s total rewards programs and function to ensure that top-tier talent can be retained. In this role, Tim will lead a team of approximately 35, developing and leading an innovative and competitive organization-wide Total Rewards strategy while reporting to CHRO Charisse Brock. Tim previously served as Senior VP, Head of Total Rewards at First Midwest Bank.
