Resource Label Group has appointed Nic Lane as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Jordan Blackmon led the search for this role based in Nashville.
As CHRO, Nic will focus on assessing, developing and building a best-in-class HR function for the company to support its growth goals. In this role, Nic will nurture and shape a performance-minded culture across the company that respects the autonomy and history of the acquired companies that have made RLG successful. Nic will report to the company’s CEO and work closely with company leaders, building relationships to support business operations through HR. Nic previously served as Executive Vice President, Human Capital at Enviva.
