Atlassian, an Australian software development company, has appointed Ryan Silvers as Global Head of Executive Recruiting. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele, Adam Watson and Meg McElroy led this search.
As Global Head of Recruiting, Ryan will expand Atlassian’s executive recruiting foundation to create a globalized, efficient and inclusive search process. Ryan will scale and evolve the executive TA team and structure, partnering closely with the Talent, Total Rewards and DEI teams on succession planning for the next generation of leadership. In this role, Ryan will report to Atlassian’s Head of Talent Acquisition, Andy Mountney. Prior to joining Atlassian, Ryan served as Talent Acquisition Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
