Puttshack has partnered with Hanold Associates for its Head of HR search. Hanold Associates’ Hans Henson, Sonia Nagra and Meg McElroy will lead the search for this role.
Puttshack is the world’s first and only upscale tech-infused mini golf experience. Founders Adam Breeden and brothers Steve and Dave Jolliffe combined their experiences with TopGolf, Ace Bounce and Flight Club to take the best parts of mini golf and merge it with modern technology to create a new experience. Puttshack first launched in the United Kingdom in 2018, quickly expanding to three additional locations in greater London. The company has expanded to the U.S. with four current locations in Atlanta, Boston, Miami and the Chicago area. Puttshack is a growing team of 1,200 with global headquarters in Chicago and a U.K. office in London.
With new investment from BlackRock, the company plans to open at least ten more locations in the U.S. within the next year, scaling up to 3,000 employees by 2023. As the business expands, Puttshack is hiring a Head of HR to support this organizational shift and expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, Joe Vrankin, the Head of HR will oversee all HR operations for the U.S. and implement a revised HR strategy throughout the business to support continuous growth. This leader will be based in Chicago.
