As Head of HR, Leah will create a function that can support Immuneering as it grows while maintaining the company’s collaborative culture across all locations. Leah will partner with leaders across the organization to assess existing programs and prioritize the most pressing needs. Prior to joining Immuneering, Leah served as Chief HR Officer at Luzsana Biotechnology.
Immuneering uses translational bioinformatics to advance a pipeline of product candidates designed to benefit large populations of patients with cancer and other diseases. Immuneering’s lead product candidate IMM-1-104 aims to achieve pan-KRAS/NRAS activity that selectively impacts cancer cells to a greater extent than healthy cells. IMM-1-104 is being developed to treat advanced solid tumors in patients harboring RAS mutations. Immuneering’s R&D team is based in a ~38,000 square foot lab and an office facility in San Diego. The company has three main locations in New York City, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and San Diego, CA. Immuneering has grown to more than 70 employees, all working to apply their expertise, passion and creativity to improve the lives of people with serious diseases.
