West Monroe has appointed Tanya Moore as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña, Hans Henson and Katrina Maione led the search.
As Chief People officer, Tanya will lead the people and talent initiatives that will continue to power growth and advance the company’s people-first environment. Reporting to CEO Kevin McCarty, Tanya will partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to enable business transformation and evolve the people and culture strategy. Prior to joining West Monroe, Tanya served as Chief People Officer at M.C. Dean, Inc.
