US Heart and Vascular has appointed Sheila Stern as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Jordan Blackmon and Ashley Schiele led the Nashville, Tennessee-based search.
As Chief HR Officer, Sheila will build and implement a defined HR strategy that provides stability and consistency as the company continues to grow. Sheila will focus on developing new recruiting and benefits strategies, as well as oversee merger and acquisition integration from a people perspective. In this role, Sheila will report to CEO Mike Englehart and serve as the organization’s overall HR leader. Prior to joining US Heart and Vascular, Sheila served as Vice President HR, Learning & Talent Development at Zotec Partners.
